Set buildCommand to npm run build && node integrations/ci/bin/rl-ci.mjs prerender, add the public RL_* environment variables, and a failing check fails the build so nothing is deployed. The recipe is in integrations/ci/vercel/ (a vercel.json and a README).

• Static output only: plain HTML, Astro static, Next.js output: 'export', Nuxt generate, Hugo, Eleventy.
• The cache folder .rl-cache/bundle is not persisted between Vercel builds by this recipe. With every origin down and no cache the step fails unless RL_ON_BUNDLE_ERROR=warn.
• Only public values are used; never put a secret key in these variables.

Vercel's build-command behaviour is verify; nothing was run on Vercel.
