Open Usage in the dashboard. Every member can read it.
Words this period#
The page says how many words you have used of the words your plan includes, as a percentage, with a meter and the same numbers as text. It also shows the start and end dates of the period.
- If your plan has no word limit, it shows only the words used.
- When you have used most of your words, it says so and that published translations are not affected.
- When the allowance is used up, it says that published translations keep working and that new automatic translation waits for the next period or for more words.
Words you translate with your own provider key are not counted.
If the usage service is not connected, the page says that your word allowance will appear when it is.
Per site#
For each site: how many strings were found, and for each target language how many strings are translated (with a percentage) and how many of those are reviewed or manual.
How words are counted#
The allowance is counted in characters and shown in words, at 6 characters per word by default. See Plans and the AI-word allowance.
