The billing page

The Billing page is for the account owner. Admins can open the invoice list only. Nobody in a support session can start a payment.
What is on it#
- Your plan, its status, the current term, and its limits.
- Your AI words used, with a progress bar and the same numbers as text. If the usage service is not connected, the page falls back to the billing records.
- The trial line, if you are in your free trial.
- Word packs: buy extra words on the included engine, or premium-engine words, for a one-time payment, and see how many premium words are left.
- A "How many languages do you need?" selector in the plan chooser highlights the plan that fits.
- Manage billing, which opens the payment provider's customer portal.
- A plan chooser with a yearly or monthly toggle. The monthly price is 13 percent of the yearly one, rounded up: 12, 19, 32, 52 and 78 dollars. Business is "contact us".
- Your latest 5 invoices, and a link to the full list of up to 100 at Invoices.
Rules#
- You pay on the provider's own hosted page. Card details never touch these pages.
- The plan chooser is hidden while a subscription is active, in trial or past due, so you cannot be billed twice. Change plan through Manage billing.
- Shopify stores are billed by Shopify. The page says so.
- If billing is not set up on the server, the page says that billing is not available right now and that published translations are not affected. The buttons are hidden.
Status#
The pages are built and tested against fake and test-mode payment providers. No live payments exist. The owner still has to create the payment account: OPEN. See Payment and invoices.
