Your account is suspended
On this page
If you sign in and see a notice that your account is suspended, our staff have suspended it.
What it means#
- Every change is refused. You can read, but you cannot edit, translate or publish.
- The notice says your visitors are not affected.
- Files that were already published are never touched by a suspension. They keep serving.
- Other accounts are not affected.
Who can suspend#
By default only a back-office operator with the admin level can suspend an account. The owner approved that rule on 2026-10-28 (decision D49). Every action is recorded in your audit log. Support staff can look at a suspended account but only in read-only mode.
Why#
Suspensions are meant for abuse and similar problems. The rules are in the back-office design. Whether a payment problem can ever cause a suspension is OPEN. A lapsed plan is a different case. See Cancel, lapse and grace.
What to do#
- Sign out, or use the button on the notice.
- Contact support and give your account name. The support address is OPEN.
- Export what you need if you can. See Export your translations.
Do not send passwords or keys.
